Further, a physician should also have good communication as well as good comprehension skills. He should effectively explain patients and also should be able to understand their problem. Finally, the most important skill of a physician lies in the solution he gives.

Education required to become a physician - Education required to become a physician is tough as well as a lengthy process. It generally requires that a person complete four years of undergraduate studies than again four years of medical school, then according to the specialty selected around three to eight years. For admission to a medical school, he has to get through a complex and tough entrance examination. But in some medical schools, there is also the option of completing both the undergraduate and medical school programs in that school itself. If you follow this route, the time period of study can be reduced from 8 to 6 years.

Future prospects - This is one profession where competition is too much. Many doctors come out of medical schools every year, but they still need to do specialization again to survive in this competition. Regarding salary, there is no limit to the money you can earn. The more the quality and popularity of your work, the more money you are likely to earn. As the number of people who are getting sick and older is more, this profession is always in high demand. Further, because of new inventions, some of the previously untreatable diseases can also be now cured, so this job has a bright future.
